FortevaTerms of use
These terms apply when you use the Forteva app, provided by Victor J Tidblom AB (reg. no. 559441-7676). The app is downloaded from the App Store and is also covered by Apple's Standard License Agreement for apps. Where the two differ on the license itself, Apple's agreement applies.
1. Account
You need an account to use the app. The details you give must be accurate, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in to yourself. You can delete your account at any time in the app, under Settings and Delete account. All your data is then permanently removed.
2. Subscription and payment
- The app requires a subscription. It is bought in the App Store, and Apple handles the payment.
- A free trial automatically becomes a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal.
- You cancel on your iPhone under Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel the subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot refund purchases made in the App Store.
- If the price changes, you are notified in advance under Apple's rules and can cancel before the new price applies.
3. Training and health
Forteva is a training tool and does not give medical advice. Programs, the strength profile and other calculations are guidance and estimates, not an assessment of your health.
- Talk to a doctor before you start training if you have an injury or illness, are pregnant, or are unsure whether the training suits you.
- Stop the exercise if you feel pain, dizziness or other discomfort.
- You are responsible for choosing weights and exercises that suit you, and for performing them safely.
4. Your content
What you log, such as workouts, notes and your own templates, is yours. You give us the right to store and process it in order to provide the app to you. How we handle the data is described in the privacy policy.
5. Our content
The app, the programs, the exercise instructions, the animations and the design belong to Victor J Tidblom AB or our licensors. You may use them for your own training, but not copy, sell or distribute them.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the app running without interruption, but cannot promise it. The app may change, gain features or lose features. If the terms change in a way that affects you, we will tell you in the app or by email before the change applies.
7. Liability
We are not liable for harm that arises from training with the help of the app, or from the app being temporarily unavailable, except where mandatory law says otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Governing law and disputes
Swedish law applies. Contact us first if something has gone wrong, and we will try to resolve it. Consumers in the EU can also turn to their national consumer dispute body.
